August night - Elokuun yö


White nights are gone but very early this morning ;-) there were northern lights on the sky. (and again I was late, most bright and biggest lights had gone before I had tripod and kamera ready to shoot)

Valoisat yöt ovat ohi mutta hyvin aikaisin tänä aamuna näkyivät revontulet taivaalla. (ja jälleen olin myöhässä, kirkkaimmat ja komeimmat revontulet olivat jo haipuneet kun sain kameran jalustalle ja kuvauskuntoon)

  2. I`ve never seen the northern lights in 'real life' - I`ll have to get up there sometime when its possible to see them.

  5. Thank you all, but this is really very poor image about northern lights. I try to shoot better during autumn and winter.

  10. I've bounced radio signals off the northern lights in the past, but have never seen them (certainly not so south in the U.K.)
